Meet Our Staff

Our staff is here to support the life and mission of Faith Lutheran Church. Each person plays a unique role in helping our church grow, serve, and stay connected as a community. We’re grateful for the people who help make Faith Lutheran Church a welcoming place for all.

Pastor Bob Stelter

Senior Pastor

Pastor Bob has served Faith Lutheran Church since 2000 and brings decades of experience in pastoral leadership, counseling, and ministry. He holds degrees from Texas Lutheran College and the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago, along with advanced doctoral work in theology and ministry. He is passionate about caring for people, guiding them in faith, and helping others grow in their relationship with God and one another.

Fun Fact: Though he grew up on classic rock and country, Pastor Bob is a big fan of opera and enjoys attending performances at the Metropolitan Opera in New York City.

Greg Bohlken

Ministry Associate
Greg serves as Ministry Associate and is passionate about helping people feel welcomed, connected, and encouraged in their faith. He enjoys building relationships and supporting the church’s mission to Love God, Love Others, and Serve. Outside of church, Greg spends time with his young sons, teaching them about science, nature, and a bit of fun along the way.

Fun Fact: He’s visited 47 of the 50 US states (Vermont, Alaska, and Hawaii – Watch out!)

Mary Boring

Office Manager
Mary has served Faith Lutheran Church since 1999 and helps keep the day-to-day operations of the church running smoothly. A U.S. Marine veteran with a background in administration, finance, and nonprofit management, she brings a wealth of experience and organization to her role. Mary is passionate about supporting the church behind the scenes so that ministry can thrive.

Fun Fact: Mary once held a Japanese driver’s license.

Lynn Rognsvoog

Organist/Pianist
Lynn supports worship through music, helping lead and enhance the musical life of the church. She has a background in music education and has spent many years teaching and performing. Since joining Faith Lutheran, she has helped revive the bell choir and continues to support the music program in many ways. Lynn enjoys sharing her love of music with both the church and her family.

Fun Fact: She has climbed Mt Hood in Oregon and stood on top of the 11,234 ft peak 4 times!

Collin Kasefang

Choirmaster
Collin leads the choir and works to grow the music ministry at Faith Lutheran. With a background in music education, he is passionate about helping others develop their musical talents as a form of worship.
He believes music is a powerful way to express faith and bring people together in praise. Collin is dedicated to strengthening both the choir and the overall worship experience through music.

Gabriel Figueroa

Communications Director
Gabriel helps share the story of Faith Lutheran through communication, media, and design. With a background in management and communications, he works to keep the church connected both online and in the community. He has over a decade of experience in photography and has used his skills in places like Rwanda and Puerto Rico.

Fun Fact: Gabriel once hiked the Virunga Mountains in Rwanda to photograph gorillas in the wild.
