Shepherd of Hope Food Pantry exists to assist and serve individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. No one is turned away, and all are welcomed with dignity and care. This ministry is rooted in the mission to Love God, Love Others, and Serve.
About the Ministry
Shepherd of Hope Food Pantry provides nourishing food to those in need throughout our community. The pantry is supported by five faith-based organizations—Concord United Methodist, Farragut Presbyterian Church, First Baptist Concord, Grassy Valley Baptist, and Faith Lutheran Church. Through the generosity of local businesses, church members, and more than 100 volunteers, the pantry serves thousands of people each year. In 2025 alone, over 5,000 individuals were served and more than 2,400 volunteer hours were given. This ministry continues to be sustained by a strong spirit of generosity and community partnership.
Who It’s For
This ministry serves individuals and families experiencing food insecurity in our community. It is also open to anyone who feels called to volunteer and support this mission.
